About Charles Vecchio

Charles Vecchio is a long-time resident of Big Canoe, Associate Broker, and a perennial top producer in sales and listings, finishing #1 or #2 in both categories for 14 straight years. Prior to coming to Big Canoe, Charlie was a full time RE Appraiser in the State of Florida for 22 years, and business owner with his wife Sandy who together ran 3 offices staffed with 16 employees, 40 Residential Appraisers and 3 MAI's who specialized in Commercial Assignments. Home base for their company was Vero Beach, however, Charlie and Sandy didn't stray far as they both grew up nearby in the City of Fort Pierce, where they married in 1984 and raised 3 children, 2 boys and one girl which they adopted at the age of 10. Charlie's knowledge and expertise in the Real Estate Industry is unique in that he has personally written or served in a review capacity for over 100,000 appraisal assignments during his 22 year professional career, prior to becoming an Associate Broker with Big Canoe Brokerage LLC in 2008, thus culminating 35 years of total real estate experience.

 

Charlie is very proud to lend his appraisal expertise to each and every client, a skill set that has proved invaluable over the years to those selling a home, as well as those buying real estate.
