About Gerald Lambert

Gerald has represented commercial real estate clients since 1981. His experience representing buyers, sellers and tenants of office, industrial and acreage has given Gerald the expertise and insight to successfully assist his clients to define their needs and goals, develop a strategy, and negotiate the complete solution to each transaction.

 

Gerald grew up in Atlanta, GA. After attending a local military high school, he graduated from The Citadel, a military college in Charleston, SC. He went on to earn an MBA from GA State, married his wife Lannie and they moved to Fort Gordon to complete his service time with the Army. Upon his return Gerald spent 6 years working in his family’s construction business.

 

In 1981, he moved into Commercial Real Estate and has assisted both local and national clients over his extensive commercial Real estate career, enjoying the transaction experience and relationships that have been built. Gerald most enjoys the family time he has with his wife, two married daughters and grandsons. Gerald is a member of a local church community and has been actively involved in their men’s mentoring program.
